What SafeWA processes

SafeWA processes account details, workspace configuration, WhatsApp session metadata, API keys, message logs, webhook URLs, contact status, and safety decisions needed to operate the platform.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, connect WhatsApp sessions, queue or send messages, deliver webhooks, apply account-protection rules, show analytics, and support manual billing or support requests.

WhatsApp and third-party services

SafeWA is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. QR-based sessions depend on the user connecting their own WhatsApp device. When you configure webhook or automation URLs, message payloads may be sent to those systems.

Security controls

API keys are session-scoped. Raw API key secrets are shown only once after creation. You should revoke keys that are no longer needed and use HTTPS webhook endpoints.

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners can request data export or deletion. Some operational logs may be retained for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

Contact
